Is there really no setup fee?
For the standard Bramlo monthly brochure website, we propose no separate design/setup charge. The website service is £49 per month. Domain registration, extra features and third-party products are additional where relevant.
What is included for £49 per month?
An up-to-five-page responsive business website, initial SEO foundations, contact form, hosting, HTTPS, technical maintenance, and up to 30 minutes of minor text or photo updates monthly. The full scope is shown on our What’s Included page.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You purchase your domain in your own name, ideally from a registrar account you control. Bramlo helps you connect it. We never need your password.
What happens if I cancel?
You always keep your domain. If you cancel, your Bramlo-managed website stays live until the end of your paid billing period, then goes offline and is suspended. If you return, we can reactivate it while the website files are still retained under our agreed retention policy. Your domain remains yours throughout. Website ownership, any handover options and the retention period will be confirmed in your agreement before you subscribe.
Can I move my website to another provider?
Your domain is always yours to move. Moving the website itself depends on the final website ownership and handover agreement, which we explain before the service begins.
How many pages can I have?
Up to five standard business pages are included in the main plan. Extra pages are possible but are scoped and quoted separately.
Can you help me show up on Google?
We build your site with sensible SEO foundations and can guide you through Google Search Console. Search engines decide which websites they index and rank. Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate service and rankings are not guaranteed.
Can I ask for photo or text changes?
Yes. The £49 plan includes up to 30 minutes of straightforward changes per month. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Larger requests are quoted before work starts.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Tell us which registrar holds the domain. We’ll explain the DNS changes or safe access invitation needed, taking extra care if the domain also runs business email.
Can you build a booking system or take payments?
Yes, we can discuss more advanced builds, but these are bespoke projects rather than features of the £49 brochure package. We assess feasibility and give a separate quote.
Do you provide business email accounts?
Email mailboxes are not part of the standard website package. We can explain options or quote setup assistance separately.
When will my website be ready?
We’ll give you an estimated delivery date after agreeing the pages, content and requirements. Timing depends on receiving your information, photos and feedback. We do not promise a fixed launch date before scoping the project.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Certainly. Share the existing address and tell us what you want to change. A rebuild or ongoing SEO work may need a separate quote depending on the condition and technology of the current site.
Will you manage my Google Ads?
Advertising management is separate from the £49 monthly website package. Any ad spend should be agreed independently and normally billed directly through the customer’s advertising account.
