What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting keeps your website online. Our care plan also covers SSL, technical maintenance and small text or image changes: up to 30 minutes a month on Essential, or 60 minutes on Business. Extra pages, new features and larger changes are quoted separately. Monthly care starts when your site goes live.
Is SEO included with my website?
Every website includes the foundations: clear page titles and headings, mobile-friendly layouts, search-friendly structure and sitemap setup. Ongoing SEO is separate because it involves continuing research, content improvements and measurement. Our optional local SEO plan starts at £149 a month.
Do I need to write all the content?
You bring your knowledge of the business; we help turn it into clear website copy. Send your services, the areas you cover, any existing branding and a few photographs. We will agree the content and page structure with you before building.
How long will my website take?
A typical small-business website is planned around a two-to-four-week build, once we have your content and deposit. We agree a realistic schedule with you first. More involved features, content or revisions can take longer.
What if I already have a website or domain?
That is absolutely fine. We can review your existing website, redesign it or help improve it. Your domain stays registered to you. We will explain any transfer steps before making changes, including how to protect your existing email.
How do payment and ownership work?
For standard website projects, the payment schedule is 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch. Your quote sets out the scope, revisions and ownership terms. Once the build is paid for, the website files and your content are yours, subject to any third-party licences.
Can I cancel the monthly care plan?
Our care plans are rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. If you move on, we can provide your website files so you can arrange alternative hosting. Hosting must be in place to keep a website online. Any migration work or third-party service costs are agreed separately.
Will you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Search positions depend on competition, your market and Google’s systems. We focus on useful content, sound technical foundations and steady improvements, with clear reporting rather than promises nobody can responsibly make.
